Substance Use Assessment and Treatment

Assessment and treatment services for substance use disorders, including relapse-prevention planning and coordination with supervision or treatment teams when applicable.

Partner Abuse Intervention Services

Structured intervention services addressing intimate partner violence and abusive behaviors, delivered in accordance with programmatic and court-referred requirements.

Sex Offense–Specific Evaluations

Comprehensive forensic evaluations conducted by qualified clinicians to inform courts, supervision agencies, and treatment planning. Evaluations may include actuarial and dynamic risk assessment tools, clinical interviews, and record review.

Risk Assessment & Management Planning

Evidence-based risk assessment and individualized management planning to support supervision decisions, treatment recommendations, and public safety objectives.

Reentry & Community Transition Support

Clinical support services for justice-involved individuals transitioning from custody to the community, with an emphasis on stabilization, continuity of care, and risk-reduction.

Professional & Programmatic Services

Consultation Services

Consultation services for attorneys, probation/parole officers, agencies, and organizations seeking clinical insight on complex cases, treatment planning, or risk-related concerns.

Program Development & Consultation

Consultation and technical assistance for agencies and organizations developing or refining behavioral health or forensic treatment programs, policies, and procedures.

Training & Continuing Education

Professional training and educational offerings for clinicians and allied professionals, including specialized forensic topics, ethics, and evidence-based practices. (Availability may vary by credentialing and accreditation status.)

All services are delivered through a secure, telehealth-based model, allowing flexible access across supported regions. Services are provided by licensed and credentialed clinicians and aligned with applicable legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Billing & Insurance

Atlas Clinical Services offers a range of clinical and forensic services. Insurance coverage varies by service type, clinician credentialing, payer requirements, and authorization status.

Certain clinical treatment services may be eligible for insurance billing, subject to verification and authorization.

The following services are typically not covered by insurance and are offered on a private-pay basis:

  • Forensic and court-ordered evaluations and reports

  • Professional consultation and program development

  • Training and continuing education services
